Job Description: Guidewire Developer / Consultant

Location: PAN India

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Guidewire Professionals to join a growing technology team working on large-scale insurance transformation projects. The role involves implementation, enhancement, and support of Guidewire applications across core insurance systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter modules

  • Develop and customize solutions using Gosu and PCF

  • Build and support integrations with internal and external systems

  • Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support projects

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on Guidewire experience

  • Strong expertise in:

    • PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter

    • Gosu, PCF, and integrations

  • Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain

  • Experience across implementation or production support environments

  • Exposure to Guidewire Cloud (GCP) is a plus

Preferred Candidate

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and within teams

  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Willingness to work in fast-paced project environments
