About the Role

We are hiring a Guidewire Developer to deliver high-quality features and integrations on PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter . You will build configurations in Gosu/PCF , design resilient REST/SOAP integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship secure, scalable solutions on Guidewire Cloud/On‑Prem .

What You’ll Do

• Implement business rules, workflows, PCF screens, and product model changes.
• Design, develop, and test integrations (REST/SOAP, Messaging, Plugins) with enterprise platforms.
• Ensure code quality, performance, observability, and security compliance.
• Support SIT/UAT, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Document designs and provide KT; contribute to Agile ceremonies.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–15 years of Guidewire development (PC/CC/BC) in Configuration and/or Integration .
• Strong in Gosu, PCF, Java, REST/SOAP, SQL, Git , and Agile delivery.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud, CI/CD, and API security (OAuth 2.0/JWT).
• Good understanding of P&C processes (policy/claims/billing).
• Nice to have : Guidewire certifications, DataHub/InfoCenter, Digital/Jutro, performance tuning.
