We are currently seeking a Guidewire Technical Lead - Architect to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Role Summary

Technical lead developer accountable for architectural decisions, quality, and delivery of backend services and complex Guidewire integrations/customizations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design of microservices and integration patterns with Guidewire.
  • Implement advanced features, performance optimizations, and resiliency.
  • Define coding standards, review PRs, and guide refactoring and testing strategy.
  • Partner with architects, product owners, and client SMEs.
