Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
  • Candidate should have relevant experience in Leading the GW Testing Team from Onshore This includes experience in managing service delivery teams coordinating resources and ensuring the timely delivery of services to clients Testing role to be adjusted by workstream type ie Policy Center Claim Center Billing Center.
  • Candidate should demonstrate a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management They should have the ability to understand customer needs anticipate their requirements and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Candidate should manage Guidewire testing workstream through all phases of technology enablement life cycle providing technical support from requirements and design to implementation and deployment.
