ØEnsure that all utility equipment such as Plant Air Conditioning, Cooling Tower, Air compressor Air Washer, AHU equipment’s are running in good condition.

ØAnalyze all existing and potential problems plans and develop some countermeasure to prevent equipment breakdown to eliminate recurring problems and introduce improvements.

ØAttends to emergency call anytime whenever his service is needed.

ØAttends and participate on all shutdown maintenance activities on the plant.

ØCoordinate with Production / WTP for any concerns regarding requirement.

ØPrepare report analysis for any machine breakdown under HVAC equipment responsibility.

ØPrepare report analysis for any equipment responsibility.

ØMaintain &responsible of all spare part requirement related to HVAC.
