GV Global Solution Designer

The Workforce Manager Global Solution Designer (GSD) is the implementation person globally responsible for onboarding an ADP client into Workforce Manager. He/she is responsible for all global deliverables the PPP, namely the Global Template Document (GTD). The Global Solution Designer supports the Global Program Director (GPD) in the production of all global deliverables during and after the Program Preparation Phase, working with all country/project teams to ensure a consistent high-quality delivery, at a global level, and across all countries/projects and streams.

A key role of the GSD is to design, at a high level, the connectivity between the different HCM components and solutions of the client.
