The Customer Success (CS) team at GXP is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer to provide customer engaging support, configuration and training for our Geospatial eXploitation Products (GXP) Platform, desktop applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with our desktop solution, SOCET GXP, and a proven track record of explaining complex photogrammetric workflows, including triangulation, terrain generation and editing, feature extraction, ortho production, DPPDB, and CIB workflows.
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engagement with customers, technical support, training to customers, troubleshooting and documenting technical issues, and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve problems and implement enhancements.
