Job Description

Position Title: Youth Gymnastics Instructor / Coach Location: Ramstein Air Base, Building 1023 – Youth Programs Instructional Facility Key Responsibilities: Conduct gymnastics classes of 45, 60, or 90 minutes depending on age and skill level.


Teach proper techniques, safety, conditioning, stretching, and injury-prevention methods.


Provide individual feedback and positive reinforcement to all participants.


Adapt instruction to the developmental stage and abilities of each age group (18 months–18 years).


Maintain order, discipline, and a positive learning environment at all times.


Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of gymnastics coaching or instructional experience , or an equivalent mix of education and experience.  Must hold an accepted gymnastics coaching accreditation , including USA Gymnastics Safety Certification, Deutscher Turner Bund (DTB) certification, USA Elite Coach Certification, International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) Coach Certification, or AAGCJ/British Gymnastics Coaching Certifications.


Must maintain current Adult/Child/Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or German Red Cross (renewed every two years), and complete all AFI 34-144–required Youth Program trainings provided by YP.​​​​​​​   Powered by JazzHR
