Job Overview:

We are looking for Gypsum Carpenters with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join a well-established company in Dubai, UAE . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals skilled in gypsum installation, partitioning, ceiling work, and finishing tasks. Candidates with prior GCC experience will be given preference. The role offers a stable work environment, supportive management, and potential for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install gypsum boards, partitions, and ceiling systems with precision.
• Cut, shape, and fit gypsum materials according to project specifications.
• Interpret layout drawings and instructions accurately.
• Perform joint taping, skimming, and finishing work to achieve high-quality surface finishes.
• Ensure work is completed within timeframes while meeting quality standards.
• Handle tools and materials responsibly and maintain equipment properly.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Terms and Benefits:

Working Hours:

• 10 hours per day
• 6 days per week
• Overtime as per UAE Labour Law

Contract Duration:

• 2 Years (Renewable based on performance)

Probation Period:

• 6 Months

Age Requirement:

• 21 to 40 Years

Passport Validity:

• Minimum 8 months at time of application

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in gypsum carpentry (residential, commercial, or fit-out).
• GCC experience is a plus and will be prioritized.
• Familiar with tools, materials, and techniques used in gypsum ceiling and partition work.
• Ability to read and follow layout drawings and measurements.
• Medically fit and physically capable of handling work tasks.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
