We are looking for a skilled and experienced H-Beam Welding Machine Operator to join our production team at Hakke Industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating H-Beam automatic welding machines used in structural fabrication and must be familiar with related safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor H-Beam welding machines (SAW/Submerged Arc Welding type)
- Set up and align beams and machine parameters as per welding specifications
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure compliance with technical drawings
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- Coordinate with the quality and production teams for continuous improvement
