PepsiCo - Santiago, Región Metropolitana - is seeking a candidate to design internal communication strategies to engage all employees effectively and translate the business strategy (vision, values, direction).

Responsibilities include:

  • Design internal communication strategies to engage all employees (FL & Non FL) effectively
  • Provide Brand Communication services for all BUs and brands supporting engagement with key stakeholders and deploying strategies with influencers
  • Manage the communication of sustainability and social impact achievements and milestones at SOCO
  • Editorial direction, content development, design, production and distribution of all external and internal publications

SOCIAL IMPACT SOCO (30%):

  • Active participation in the creation of roadmaps for the achievement of sustainability goals
  • Lift & shift resources from other sectors to achieve goals
