HALAL EXECUTIVE

Halal Executive ensures that all retail products, processes, and operations comply with Halal standards, JAKIM requirements, and internal policies. The role manages halal compliance across suppliers, stores, warehouses, merchandising, and customer interactions, safeguarding brand integrity and consumer trust.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train retail, operations, and warehouse staff on halal awareness and SOPs.
• Promote a halal‑conscious culture within the organization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for halal‑related queries internally.
• Control costs related to halal certification, audits, training, and monitoring expenditure on halal operations and certifications.
• Minimize financial losses from non‑compliance or rejected products.
