Key Responsibilities

1. 1) Process Analysis & Understand the Solution Design

Run discovery workshops for the project lifecycle, mapping processes to IFS Cloud Projects: planning, WBS/CBS, resource planning, progress & earned value, time/expense, procurement, sub contract, and billing; produce AS IS/TO BE and functional design documents.

Define the integrated project concept (project as the hub) and cross module handshakes with Finance, SCM, Manufacturing/Installation, and EAM/Service as applicable.

2. 2) Test, Configuration & Build setup (IFS Cloud Projects)

Understand the Configuration and test Project Structures: project templates, WBS/CBS, deliverables, milestones, document deliverables, and controlled change.

Understand the Configuration and test Planning & Scheduling including calendars, dependencies, progress methods, and integration with MS Project/Primavera when required.
