Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare traditional Indian sweets such as gulab jamun, rasgulla, barfi, laddoo, peda, jalebi, etc.
  • Prepare snacks like samosas, kachori, mathri, namkeen, and other regional items
  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and quality
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area
  • Manage inventory and inform about stock requirements
  • Maintain proper usage of ingredients and reduce wastage
  • Follow food safety and handling procedures
  • Assist in planning sweet menus for festivals and special events
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and follow instructions from head chef or kitchen supervisor
