- Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements and specifications for handover process
- Provide training and support to end users on utilizing project deliverables post-handover
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the handover process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all handover activities
- Continuously improve handover processes and procedures based on feedback and lessons learned
- Develop detailed handover procedures and documentation to ensure all project deliverables are met
