Overview

A leading aerospace engineering firm in Spain is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the development and prototyping of innovative electric propulsion systems. This hands-on role requires a senior engineering leader with deep expertise in battery systems and experience in complex product delivery. The successful candidate will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensure alignment with manufacturing and regulatory standards, and influence product direction during a critical growth phase. A hybrid working model may be considered, but long-term on-site presence is expected.
