IT Support Specialist

The IT support specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization's IT infrastructure.


This temporary position strengthens our IT team during a period of increased demand by managing endpoints, assisting users, and supporting operational tasks.



  • Good understanding of Windows and macOS environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and basic Intune endpoint configuration
  • Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues
