Hardware Architect Principal Engineer

Job Description As a Principal Hardware Systems Architect, you will provide technical leadership and architectural vision for the design and development of advanced hardware systems and the continuous improvements of existing systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end hardware lifecycle, from concept and architecture, through design, verification, and product realization. Often leading teams and managing technical trades bridging requirements with detailed electronics design while ensuring reliability and performance compliance in harsh environments. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including SEAKR’s Technical Director, systems, software, firmware, hardware, and test systems engineering teams along with manufacturing and supply chain staff.
