Job Description

Hardware Design - Analog & Digital Design Analog Design

  • Design low‑noise sensor front‑ends (op‑amp stages, ADC interfaces), precision references, filters (active/passive), and bias networks.
  • Develop robust power delivery (DC/DC, LDO, sequencing, OR‑ing, protection, transient response, thermal considerations).
  • Perform SPICE/MATLAB simulations (AC, transient, noise, worst‑case corners) and tolerance analysis.
  • Optimize for EMI/EMC, grounding, shielding, and analog‑digital partitioning.

Digital Hardware

  • Architect microcontroller/SoC/Firmware‑ready designs; bring‑up peripherals (I²C/SPI/UART/CAN, USB, Ethernet) and high‑speed links (MIPI/PCIe/DDR/SERDES as applicable).
  • Select components, create BoMs, and drive DFM/DFT.

System & PCB (Altium)

  • Generate schematics; collaborate closely on stack‑up, placement, impedance control, return paths, decoupling strategy, and thermal.
  • Lab bring‑up: oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers, power analyzers, logic analyzers. Root‑cause signal integrity/power integrity issues.

Verification & Compliance

  • Define test plans, execute board validation, environmental stress (temperature, vibration), and reliability testing.
  • Support EMC/EMI , safety, and regulatory approvals (e.g., CISPR/IEC/UL/FCC/CE—tailored to product).
