Hardware Design Engineer

The Senior Hardware Designer role is positioned within a core hardware engineering team responsible for sustaining and enhancing complex optical networking products. This position focuses on leading hardware design updates, driving root‑cause investigations for field issues, and supporting manufacturing and operations to ensure product reliability, quality, and long‑term lifecycle performance.

The successful candidate will apply deep expertise in analog and digital circuit design, lab testing, photonic components, and validation methodologies while collaborating closely with cross‑functional engineering and operations teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 7+ years of hardware design experience
