Hardware Designer Engineer (Field Issue Troubleshooting)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Hardware Designer who not only designs robust electronic systems but also excels at field failure analysis and troubleshooting. This role requires hands-on debugging of customer-reported issues, root-cause analysis, and driving corrective actions across design, manufacturing, and quality teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal hardware circuits Create schematics and support PCB design using Altium Designer Lead field issue investigation, including customer returns and on-site failures Perform detailed root-cause analysis (RCA) of hardware failures Debug issues related to power, signal integrity, EMI/EMC, thermal, and component reliability Reproduce field issues in lab environments and define corrective actions Support ECOs, design fixes, and validation testing for field issues Collaborate with firmware, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams Analyze manufacturing and component-level failures (PCB...
