Hardware Electrical Engineer – Senior Level

Creox Computing is looking for a Senior Hardware Electrical Engineer to join our R&D team and help design next-generation server and datacenter infrastructure platforms. In this role, you will lead the electrical design, validation, and bring-up of high-performance server systems, working closely with cross-functional teams from concept to production.

You will play a key role in delivering reliable, scalable, and production-ready hardware that powers modern AI, cloud, and enterprise workloads.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, and validation of server hardware systems
• Design and review schematics and PCB layouts in compliance with industry standards
• Drive system bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting from prototype to production
• Perform component evaluation (CPU, memory, power, chipsets, high-speed interfaces)
• Conduct signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis and validation
• Execute hardware validation plans, analyze results, and resolve issues
• Partner with firmware, system validation, and manufacturing teams for seamless integration
• Lead failure analysis and root-cause investigations
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in EE hardware design, development, or validation
• Strong understanding of server, networking, or enterprise systems
• Experience with high-speed digital design and power delivery networks
• Proficiency with schematic and PCB tools (e.g. Cadence, OrCAD, Allegro)
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with x86 platforms (Intel or AMD)
• Familiarity with standards such as PCIe, DDR4/5, SATA, USB, I2C, SPI
• Experience working with ODM/OEM or contract manufacturers
• Exposure to SI/PI simulation tools
