Ensure all hardware designs comply with company, regulatory, safety, EMC, and intrinsic safety standards (e.g., IEC).
Drive the component selection process and ensure traceable requirements are developed for all PCBAs.
Support design troubleshooting, board testing, environmental testing, and problem-solving throughout the product lifecycle.
Apply principles of high-volume, low-cost manufacturing, PCB layout (preferred), and DFM/DFT best practices.
Willingness to travel internationally (~1 week per month initially).
Essential Skills
3+ years of professional hardware engineering experience.
Strong experience in analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design.
Experience with low-power, battery-operated electronic systems.
Proficiency with schematic capture tools (Altium preferred).
