Senior Hardware Engineer – Office-Based in Ware

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Hardware Engineer to join a specialist engineering team working on some seriously cool tech—long-range surveillance camera systems. This is an office-based role in Ware, and it’s all about hands‑on design, development, and testing of cutting‑edge hardware.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and testing complex analogue and digital circuits for advanced camera systems.
• Owning PCB design and layout, including component selection.
• Working closely with mechanical, firmware, and software teams to bring ideas to life.
• Mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise.
• Creating and running test plans to make sure everything works perfectly.
• Supporting the move from design to production and troubleshooting any tricky issues.
