Our Optical Solutions team located in Fremont, CA is looking for a Hardware Engineering Manager to Lead and manage the electrical engineering team within Molex’s Optical Solutions Business Unit. Our team of Hardware Engineers are focused on delivering high-speed electrical design for advanced optical interconnect products including high speed line cards, amplifiers and optical systems. This role combines a high degree of technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver cutting-edge solutions for hyperscale data centers and next-generation optical networking systems. The Manager will have oversight of teams in two geographic locations and work closely with our global engineering and manufacturing teams.
