Role: Hardware Functional Safety Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8+ Years (Relevant Experience)

Domain: Automotive

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech

Mandatory Skills:

  • Hardware Functional Safety and strong knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety (FuSa) standards
  • Hands-on experience with safety analyses such as WCCA, DFMEA, FMEDA, and FTA
  • Proficiency with tools including Mathcad and Ansys Medini

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for automotive applications
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in automotive hardware development processes
  • Apply ISO 26262 Functional Safety standards across the hardware development lifecycle
  • Perform design and safety analyses (WCCA, DFMEA, FMEDA, FTA) using appropriate tools
  • Collaborate closely with hardware teams with clear and continuous communication
