Job Title: Executive – Hardware & Networking

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Executive – Hardware & Networking to manage installation, maintenance, monitoring, and support of IT hardware and network infrastructure. The role involves ensuring system availability, providing user support, maintaining asset inventory, and supporting secure and reliable IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Installation & Configuration
- Install, configure, and deploy new hardware assets including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Ensure proper setup as per organizational IT policies and standards.
2. Maintenance & Monitoring
- Perform regular preventive maintenance of systems and hardware.
- Conduct PC performance testing, apply OS patches, security updates, and system upgrades.
- Monitor systems to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
3. Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and LAN network issues.
- Provide timely technical support to end users, both onsite and remote.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft O365–related issues (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
4. Security & Tools Management
- Work with endpoint security, backup, and monitoring tools such as:
- Commvault
- Trend Micro
- SentinelOne
- Acronis
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
5. Asset Management
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, including tracking, tagging, allocation, and lifecycle management of hardware assets.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty, and replacements when required.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Windows 11
- Microsoft Office Online / O365
- Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting
- LAN network support
- Exposure to endpoint security, backup, and monitoring tools is preferred.
- Understanding of IT support processes and documentation.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.E. / B. Tech. (relevant discipline).
Additional Qualifications
- Hardware / Networking certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in hardware, networking, and end-user IT support.
