Harness Board Assembler

Job Summary

The Harness Board Assembler is responsible for building high-density wire-to-board assemblies by interpreting complex wiring diagrams and engineering drawings. This role involves cutting wires to precise lengths, terminating contacts, installing connectors, and torquing backshells in accordance with Class 3 IPC/WHMA-A-620E-S standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality assemblies in a production environment.
