HARNESS OPERATOR - 3rd Shift (9:55pm to 6:00am)

Description

Perform any, and all Harness jobs as needed. The work assignments can include, but are not limited to wire assembly, terminating, harness lines, molding, and audit/inspection. Can perform minor equipment adjustments such as, but not limited to, purging and adjusting greasers, changing materials, and adjusting machines within ranges. Must be able to read and interpret detailed harness drawings. Communicates with other co-workers to insure product quality, workflow, and effectiveness are maximized between shifts or tours. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Persons in this job must be able to sit and/or stand all day (up to 10 hours), manually lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull containers of wire/cable or assemblies which may weigh up to several hundred pounds (either on dollies or on edge-not dead weight) rotate to various assignments invol...
