Position Overview

We are hiring a full-time HARO Expert to join our team and support our media outreach and link-building efforts using Help A Reporter Out (HARO) and related platforms. If you are passionate about crafting high-impact pitches, love writing, and want to help secure high-quality media placements and backlinks — we want to hear from you!

This is a full-time, remote role with a consistent daily schedule starting at 7:00 am Melbourne Time.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring daily call‑out opportunities and identifying relevant queries.
• Researching and writing compelling, journalist‑ready responses that match query requirements.
• Submitting top‑quality pitches in a timely manner.
• Following up professionally with journalists when needed.
• Pitching on behalf of clients in varying niches to journalists.
• Using HARO, SourceBottle, Featured, and other top‑tier PR platforms to secure backlinks ...
