Hatchery Supervisor (poultry)

Role Responsibilities Oversee daily hatchery operations including incubation hatching and sanitation Maintain temperature humidity and ventilation in incubators Enforce biosecurity hygiene and vaccination schedules Supervise hatchery workers and allocate daily tasks Maintain egg chick inventory hatch rates mortality logs and medicine usage records Coordinate procurement of eggs feed medicines and equipment Train staff on hatchery SOPs and safety Ensure quality control and compliance with animal welfare standards Qualifications Experience 10th 12th pass minimum Diploma degree in Animal Husbandry preferred 2-5 years experience in hatchery poultry operations Knowledge of incubation cycles embryology and chick management Supervisory and record-keeping skills Ability to work odd long hours when required Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Experience hatchery 3 years Required Location Praya...
