Job Description•Serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers, as well as DRAM vendors(HBM/DDR), regarding silicon and memory-related issues.
• Collaborate with design, DFT, and verification teams during pre-silicon phases to define features required for smooth bring-up and productization.
• Work with system application, testing, and qualification teams, along with DRAM vendors(HBM/DDR), on post-silicon bring-up, characterization, and productization of HBM/DDR memory systems for ASIC products.
• Partner with the system application team to qualify and ensure compliance of memory system software and firmware.
Requirement• Deep expertise in HBM and DDR memory technologies, with a strong understanding of industry trends and advancements.
• Proven experience collaborating with STA and PISI engineers to achieve successful design closure.
