What does the job look like?

Our Intermodal business unit have multiple opportunities for experienced HC truck drivers to deliver products to stores and distribution centres in Cairns, QLD and some regional areas.This is a full time permanent opportunity on a 9 week rotating roster on day shift, with starting times varied between 5am and 7am throughout the week.The roster rotates weekly between: 

  • Four days on and three days off (9.5 hour shift)

  • Five days on and two days off (7.6 hour shift) 

  • Available overtime with rotating weekend shifts 

    • Key areas: 

  • Includes rotating weekend shifts 

  • Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus

  • Complying with the Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedure plus the ability to work unsupervised

  • Able to assist in loading and unloading when required
