• Financial & commercial awareness / good numerical skills.
• Problem solving aptitude & ability
• Relevant and demonstrable experience of a collections role. (Required)
• Sap Experience
• PC literacy, particularly in MS Office (Windows NT).
• Demonstrate a customer focused orientation
• Demonstrate a target focused orientation
• Ability to work closely with customers & negotiation effective outcomes to their problems.
• Committed approach to team work.
