We are hiring Associates/ Analyst for our Inbound Calling Process ( No Sales, No Upselling, No Cross-Selling).
Role Details:
Designation: Associate/ Analyst.
Process: Inbound Calling
Experience: 1 -3 years in International Voice Process/ 3-5 yrs in International Voice Process.
Education Eligibility: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate
✅ Mandatory Qualifications:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and deliver results both individually & as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts
Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach
