Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Absence Management including leave types, accruals, eligibility rules, and time-off policies
- Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking including work schedules, time entry rules, overtime, and validations
- Partner with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable absence and time tracking solutions
- Support integrations between Workday Absence/Time Tracking and external systems (payroll, benefits, compliance)
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing configurations
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory regulations
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
