**About the Role**
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our **Workday HCM Benefits team** , responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting employee benefits processes within Workday. This role ensures accurate benefits administration, compliance with organizational policies, and seamless integration with payroll and HR systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Configure and maintain **Workday Benefits modules** including health plans, insurance, retirement, and wellness programs.
+ Partner with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable benefits solutions.
+ Support integrations between Workday Benefits and external vendors (insurance providers, retirement funds, compliance systems).
