Job Description

  • Someone who can guide the client and not just take action items, self-starter and someone who can manage the client and is client facing. A lot of business overlap required.
  • Lead end-to-end Workday implementation activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday solutions and workflows.
  • Provide post-go-live support including issue triage, troubleshooting, enhancement requests, and knowledge transfer.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for operational, compliance, and leadership insights.
  • Manage data integrity activities including data mapping, validation, and migration during implementations and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, defect resolution, and process improvements.
  • Document functional design, configuration decisions, and support procedures for long-term continuity.
  • Monitor Workday releases and recommend feature adoption to improve business processes and user experience.
