Job Description
Our team is searching for an experienced HR Systems Specialist for a 12-month contract to support and enhance our People & Culture enabling technology, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Cloudand associated SaaS platforms.
This role plays a critical part in optimising our current HR systems, delivering remaining Oracle HR modules, and ensuring an intuitive, efficient end-user experience. You’ll work closely with HR, Technology, Finance, and other corporate functions to drive continuous improvement, system stability, and value realisation from our HCM investment.
The Role
Reporting into the Manager People Operations & Systems, you will act as a key escalation point for HR system issues, while also contributing to system optimisation, release management, and future enhancements.
