**The Opportunity:**
CACI is seeking Test Automation & Quality Engineers to support a large-scale federal HCM modernization program. This initiative is implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM for a federal civilian workforce and requires comprehensive testing across functional, integration, performance, and security domains. You will design and execute test strategies ensuring system quality, regulatory compliance, and user acceptance. This role offers opportunities in functional testing, test automation, integration testing, and performance engineering. We are building a Quality Engineering team that will establish testing standards, automate regression suites, and ensure every release meets federal compliance requirements.
**Responsibilities:**
• Design and execute test cases for Oracle Fusion HCM functional areas (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, T&L)
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, OATS, or similar tools
• Perform integration testing validating interfaces with EHRI, eOPF, payroll providers, and T&A systems
• Execute regression testing for Oracle quarterly updates and configuration changes
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and defect management
• Conduct performance testing to validate system scalability and response times
• Document test results, defects, and quality metrics for stakeholder reporting
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy development
• Validate data migration results through systematic conversion testing
• Support parallel payroll validation comparing legacy and Oracle calculations
• Ensure testing artifacts meet ATO compliance and audit requirements
**Qualifications:**
**_Required:_**
• Bachelor's degree + 4 years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)
• 3+ years experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with at least one test automation framework
• Understanding of Agile testing practices and continuous testing concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship required)
**_Desired:_**
• 6+ years testing experience (for Senior/Lead positions)
• Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM testing experience
• Selenium, OATS, or Oracle-specific automation tool certification
• Performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling)
• API testing experience (Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured)
• Federal HR domain knowledge
• ISTQB or similar testing certification
• Active Secret clearance or higher

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
