Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core modules: Organization, Staffing Models, Compensation, Absence, Security, and Business Processes
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable HCM solutions
- Support integrations between Workday HCM and external systems using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing configurations
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, data security, and regulatory requirements
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
