HCM Integration Analyst

Key responsibilities of the role: Your key duties include: * Understand business requirements, perform feasibility check and provide solution. * Work closely with Capability leaders to understand the Roadmap of the Time & Absence Application * Collaborate with other product teams to discuss and align from end to end impact of the feature, requirements * Produce solution/functional design documents * Understands the Technical Architecture and integrations of a HCM product * Setup the product workshops, gather requirements, and create solutions that is fit for the purpose. * Work with vendor and understand product roadmap, new features to improve our business processes. * Explore new features, perform POC and present to the stakeholders. * Be part of vendor community to be on top of product issues, solutions. * Responsible for classifying data, assessing risk and ensur...
