Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking including work schedules, time entry rules, overtime, and validations
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable time tracking solutions
  • Support integrations between Workday Time Tracking and external systems (payroll, benefits, compliance)
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing configurations
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory regulations
  • Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
