**Key Responsibilities**:
**Workday Product Ownership**: Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Workday initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
**Core HCM & Workday Security**: Oversee Workday Core HCM functionalities, including business processes, employee lifecycle management, and compliance. Manage Workday Security, ensuring role-based access, data integrity, and security policies are enforced.
**Program & Project Management**: Develop and execute Workday implementation plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables.
**Stakeholder Liaison**: Act as the bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors, translating business requirements into system configurations and solutions.
**System Enhancements & Optimization**: Identify opportunities for system enhancements, work with developers and Workday consultants, and drive continuous improvements.
