Head Accountant

We are seeking a Head Accountant to lead our accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in managing the accounting function, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring efficient financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end/year-end closings.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Ensure timely filing of government reports and compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory bodies.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payments to vendors.
