Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management : Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative personnel, setting performance expectations and providing coaching.

  • Process & Policy : Develop, implement, and streamline administrative procedures, systems, and office policies for efficiency.

  • Operations : Manage daily functions, including facility maintenance, resource allocation (office space, supplies), and coordinating internal communications.

  • Budgeting : Monitor costs, expenses, and assist in budget preparation.

  • Reporting : Prepare reports, memos, and other official communications.
