Job Title: Head – AI & Automation


Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Head – AI & Automation to lead the adoption and scaling of AI, Generative AI, and automation across a digital performance marketing business. This role will define the AI vision and embed AI-driven solutions across marketing operations, sales processes, analytics, and internal workflows to drive efficiency, performance, and innovation.

This is a business-facing AI leadership role, focused on applying AI to real-world marketing and revenue challenges—not a pure data science or research position.


Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the AI and automation roadmap across marketing, sales, analytics, and internal operations
  • Identify high-impact AI and LLM use cases aligned with business and client outcomes
  • Drive organization-wide adoption of AI tools and workflows

Marketing & Revenue Automation

  • Implement AI-powered automation across SEO, Paid Media, Content, CRM, lead management, and reporting
  • Design workflows to improve campaign performance, reduce manual effort, and scale delivery
  • Integrate AI into marketing technology stacks, analytics platforms, and CRM systems

Client Solutions & Innovation

  • Collaborate with business and delivery teams to create AI-driven client solutions, dashboards, and services
  • Support development of new AI-based offerings and performance optimization frameworks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, analytics, and technology teams to embed AI into daily operations
  • Translate business requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions

Governance & Team Leadership

  • Establish AI governance, usage guidelines, and data privacy best practices
  • Build, mentor, and lead a small team of AI, automation, and prompt-design specialists


Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience in technology, digital marketing, MarTech, RevOps, or AI-led transformation roles
  • Proven experience leading AI, automation, or MarTech initiatives at scale
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, CRM)
  • Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and automation platforms
  • Ability to connect AI initiatives with measurable business and revenue outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
