Job Description

We are looking for a Head of AI Engineering to lead the design, development, and scaling of AI-powered Voice Bots and Chatbots. This is an AI-first leadership role focused on building production-grade Conversational AI & GenAI solutions for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end AI engineering for Voice Bots and Chatbots
  • Architect and build solutions using ASR, TTS, NLP, NLU, and LLMs
  • Lead development of real-time AI Voice Bots (inbound & outbound)
  • Build LLM-powered chatbots for web, WhatsApp, and enterprise channels
  • Drive prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and AI guardrails
  • Improve AI KPIs: Containment rate, Accuracy, Latency, CSAT
