Title: Head Architect.<br/><br/>Location: Gurugram.<br/><br/>Experience: 10+ Years.<br/><br/>Industry: Tech leading experiential design and infrastructure solutions company is seeking an accomplished Head Architect to spearhead the architectural function from concept to delivery.<br/><br/>The ideal professional will drive design excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration across diverse, large-scale projects.<br/><br/>This role demands strategic foresight, creative mastery, and operational precision to shape spaces that merge aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Lead conceptualization and development of designs based on client briefs, site analysis, and future-oriented themes.<br/><br/>- Translate abstract ideas into detailed design documentation through feasibility analysis and stakeholder engagement.<br/><br/>- Conduct high-impact client presentations and guide design discussions aligned with creative and financial goals.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with leadership teams and internal departments to refine proposals and presentations.<br/><br/>- Oversee preparation of RFPs, tenders, and DPRs with comprehensive design, planning, and execution frameworks.<br/><br/>- Supervise design execution, service integration, and BOQ finalization ensuring profitability and quality adherence.<br/><br/>- Coordinate across architecture, structural, MEP, and creative disciplines for unified project delivery.<br/><br/>- Implement sustainable design strategies and compliance with relevant codes and standards.<br/><br/>- Provide design leadership on-site, resolve technical issues, and ensure fidelity to design intent.<br/><br/>- Mentor design teams and enhance productivity through innovative presentation and documentation techniques.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications:</b><br/><br/>- Masters in Architecture (M.Arch).<br/><br/>- 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project execution.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp (knowledge of 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop preferred).<br/><br/>- Strong command over building codes, architectural detailing, and project coordination.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in interior design, fit-outs, and vendor management.<br/><br/>- Leadership experience in managing large multidisciplinary teams.<br/><br/>- Exposure to sustainable and green building practices.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and presentation skills.<br/><br/>- Proven track record in museum, exhibition, or theme-based design projects.</p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
