Job Description

The key responsibility of this role is the liquidation of immovable assets in stock, ensuring compliance with SARFAESI Act and rules, and company policies. This involves working closely with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate efficient and effective asset recovery processes, with a keen understanding of the liquidation process.

Accountabilities

• Liquidation Management : Manage the liquidation process of immovable assets as per SARFAESI provision, including valuation, marketing, and sale. Coordinate and empanel auction houses, dealers, and other vendors to facilitate the sale of assets. Ensure ways to find end users for possessed assets.
